10/0/07 New Album and Website!

Hey folks, I'm very excited to finally release my first solo album in almost ten years, "Live at the Rockwood." These solo vocal and guitar recordings are taken from my weekly NYC shows and I'm proud to have them out there. Check the soundclips page to hear two of the twelve cuts as well as four outtakes (including duets with Chris Thile, Greg Garing, and Jen Larson).

I'm also happy to launch this website, designed by the very talented Jessi Carter, who also did the album artwork. Check back in coming weeks as I will continue adding to the site. For those interested in lessons and recording, my other site is now www.michaeldaves.net.
